Walt Disney World has released several new apparel items, including various sweatshirts and flannel shirts, as the parks prepare for the “cooler” months (if you can call them that in Florida).
New Walt Disney World Merchandise
We found the new items in locations around Walt Disney World including the Emporium in Magic Kingdom and Riverside Depot at Animal Kingdom.
Goofy T-Shirt – $32.99
A couple of new T-shirts have been added to the T-shirt wall in the Main Street U.S.A. Emporium, including this Goofy-themed navy tee. Goofy appears animated with lots of images and word bubbles surrounding his head. Several attractions, snacks, and phrases themed to the Walt Disney World Resort are featured on the colorful design.
Walt Disney World Character T-Shirt – $32.99
Another new tee features the Walt Disney World wordmark composed of various characters on a white background. Tinker Bell, Marie, Mickey, and Minnie Mouse are among many other characters represented on the shirt.
Both of the new tees debut soon after a standard T-shirt pricing increase. Previously, T-shirts were $25 each when you bought two. They are now $29.99 each with the deal.
Khaki Walt Disney World Sweatshirt -$69.99
Made with drop shoulders and a rich, autumn-inspired khaki color, this sweatshirt features an embroidered Walt Disney World wordmark, screen art of the Cinderella Castle icon, and ”Authentic Original–Est. 1971” text below.
Eggplant Walt Disney World Sweatshirt -$69.99
There is also an eggplant-colored version of the sweatshirt available as well. Each has a ribbed hem and cuffs, along with a crew neck and high-low hem.
Black Holiday Sweatshirt – $69.99
A black sweatshirt in the same design is also available with a holiday-inspired flair. The text of the Walt Disney World logo is outlined in red with an interior red and green plaid pattern, like the fabric featured on some of the already-released Christmas merchandise.
Youth Hoodie – $59.99
The red hoodie has puffy ink with the Walt Disney World “D” logo on the front. The full logo is printed on the back and sleeves. It has a zip closure, dropped shoulders, and boxy fit. The ”Authentic Original–Est. 1971” text is also featured on the back.
Pink Walt Disney World Sweatshirt – $49.99
Several colors of a new cropped sweatshirt style are now available as well. The first is hot pink with darker pink and white detailing. Cinderella Castle is outlined by a Mickey icon and “Walt Disney World” is embroidered below it. The resort’s tagline, “The Most Magical Place on Earth,” is printed below.
Lavender Walt Disney World Sweatshirt – $49.99
The lavender sweatshirt features the same design in different colors. While the castle and tagline remain white, the other details shift to deeper purple shades.
Gray Walt Disney World Sweatshirt – $49.99
On the gray version, the castle and tagline are black while the rest of the design is white, including the Mickey shape and Walt Disney World embroidery.
Walt Disney World Flannel – $79.99
In addition to all the new sweatshirts, there is a tan, black, and red Walt Disney World-branded flannel shirt. This one has Mickey icons as part of the plaid pattern and a Disney World “D” embroidered on the pocket. The back of the flannel has the Walt Disney World wordmark embroidered across the shoulders in white.
Pastel Youth Spirit Jersey – $69.99
This light blue youth Spirit Jersey features a pastel design of Mickey and Minnie welcoming guests to the Magic Kingdom with Cinderella Castle, “it’s a small world,” and Space Mountain icons colored in shades of pink, purple, and orange.
The back of the Spirit Jersey features the typical raised and puffy Walt Disney World text that the brand is known for. The body of the jersey is fuzzy, while the top is made from the normal cotton material.
Fuzzy Black Spirit Jersey – $79.99
Another Spirit Jersey is black and fuzzy all over. It features the Disney “D” and “Est. 1971” on the front chest with two different Mickey faces decorating the top right and bottom left. The back of the jersey features the resort’s wordmark and two more Mickey faces. One Mickey smiles wide while the other winks playfully.
Earring Set – $26.99
Lastly, there is a set of three earring pairs. Each design is split down the middle with gold on one side and silver on the other. A Minnie Mouse bow, Mickey icon, and Cinderella Castle make up the set, although they could be mixed and matched as the wearer sees fit.
Disney World has also released the first waves of Christmas Season merchandise, although Halloween is still in full-swing around the resort.
