First Look at New Dishes for Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic

Check out our first look at some of the new dishes being served at this year’s Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic!

What is the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic?

Now in its 16th year, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is an annual event open to the public featuring gourmet cuisine from award-winning chefs, paired with fine wines, beers, and spirits. There’s also live entertainment, seminars, meet-and-greets, and even a fireworks show.

We got our first look at the menus for the 2025 event in August, and last month it was announced that the 2025 event will be headlined by renowned celebrity chefs Todd English and Michael Mina.

First Look

Of the 49 food items being offered at this year’s event, almost all are new, including all of the offerings at the media preview. Here are the dishes we got to try.

Bourbon Steak – Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib

Celery Root Espuma, Shallot Marmalade (gluten-free)

For the Love of Florida – Fried Apalachicola Oyster Sliders

Black Pepper & Scallion Coleslaw, Key Lime “Mignonette” Jam (contains shellfish)

Il Mulino Trattoria – Ricotta Cappelletti

Hand-crafted Pasta, House-made Citrus Ricotta Filling, Slow-cooked Angus Beef Ragu, Crispy Pancetta Breadcrumbs

Cabana Bar and Beach Club – Chirashi Bowl

Salmon, Seasoned Sushi Rice, Shoyu Egg, Wakame, Pickled Radish, Cucumber, Edamame, Sriracha Aioli (gluten free, dairy free)

Amare – Sabich

Fried Eggplant, Israeli Salad, Pickled Watermelon Radish, Tahini Garlic Sauce, Amba, Micro Parsley, Mini Pita (dairy-free, vegan)

Chinatown – Pan Fried Shrimp & Pork Dumplings

Ginger & Black Vinegar Dipping Sauce, House-made Chili Oil, Yu Chen’s Crispy Chili Oil (contains shellfish)

Swan & Dolphin Pastry

  • Green Tea and Lime Mango Mousse Dome
  • Chocolate Cassis Mousse (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan)
  • The Cherry – Cherry Mousse, Chocolate Cake, Black Cherry Compote, Dark Chocolate Disk (gluten-free)

Sweet Corn Ice Cream Cone

Hot Honey Syrup, Crushed Cheddar Cheese, Caramel Corn (vegetarian)

Beverage Tasting

The event itself will offer hundreds of beverage tastings from around the world. Here’s a selection of the bourbons and bitters on hand, including Corazon Tequila Single Barrel Reposado 1792 Bourbon, Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters, Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters, and classic Angostura Bitters.

2025 Event Details

The 2025 event will take place November 14 and 15 from 5-9 pm each day. Tickets are available for purchase now.

The 2025 event charity beneficiary is Wounded Warrior Project, the second year in a row they have partnered with the Food & Wine Classic. Last year’s event raised $13,000 for the charity, which provides services for veterans injured during or after the events of September 11, 2001.
