Goofy has a new meet and greet location in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
New Goofy Meet and Greet Location
Guests can now find Goofy in front of a backstage gate in the park’s Africa section. This is next to Harambe Market, which will temporary close this month. The gate is decorated with a mural, making a nice backdrop for pics with Goofy.
He appears in his retro Camp Minnie-Mickey costume.
Goofy’s meet and greet at Disney’s Animal Kingdom has moved a few times in the last few years. On Earth Day 2023, the 25th anniversary of the park, he had a special meet and greet in this outfit. Later that year, he got a semi-permanent meet and greet spot in DinoLand U.S.A. He later moved behind Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures after another Earth Day meet with Max. Most of DinoLand is now closed, necessitating the move of its meet and greets.
