Based on recent data, Disney has logged its fourth month of consecutive increases for Disney Vacation Club sales.
Disney Vacation Club Sales
According to DVCNews.com, this “is only the fourth time in the last 15 years that sales have sustained a streak of steadily improving monthly sales of four months or longer.”

Just last month, Disney sold 170,620 Disney Vacation Club points for the 12 DVC resorts located at the World Disney World Resort, slightly ahead of August 2025 which saw 169,085 points sold, and an increase over May 2025’s 132,344 points. Below are just a few of the resorts that saw an increase in purchased plans.
Disney’s Riviera Resort

In September 2025, 63,472 points were sold for Riviera Resort, making September the third best month of the calendar year for the resort. The Riviera is averaging 56,247 points a month in 2025, well below the 84,961 points it averaged the first nine months of 2024.
Disney has sold 5,455,823 Riviera points, about 81.0% of the resort’s 6,739,966 total points. Only 20 of the Riviera’s 341 vacation homes have not been declared for the DVC inventory.
The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort

In September 2025, 13,670 points were sold for the Cabins, slightly less the resort’s high point of 13,890 points that was recorded in August. It is the fourth time Cabin sales exceeded the 10,000-point mark
The increase is likely due to the all-new cabins that began opening in July of 2024.
Disney has now sold 141,240 points for the Cabins, which is about 5.1% of the resort’s estimated 2,780,943 total points. It is now averaging 7.062 points a month in sales.
Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows

In September 2025, 80,333 points were sold for Polynesian, its best month since 91,219 points were sold in March 2025. Disney has sold 963,649 points (26.7%) of the 3,608,934 points allotted to the residential units at the Polynesian’s Island Tower.
Island Tower has averaged 80,372 points a month since the first deeds were recorded in October 2024. At that pace, it will take about 32 months, or until the Summer of 2028, before all its points would be sold.
Disney Vacation Club

The Disney Vacation Club was launched in 1991 with its first resort, Disney’s Old Key West, then known as the Disney Vacation Club Resort. DVC introduced the concept of a points-based system, allowing guests a more varied and customizable experience. Over the years, Disney has opened many resorts on Walt Disney World property, in California, Hawaii, and South Carolina. Today, it is one of the most popular vacation ownership clubs in the world.
