The Lime Garage at Disney Springs will close for maintenance for about three months in 2026.

According to Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, the five-level garage will undergo structural repairs. It will be closed from January 12 through February 11, 2026. It will then briefly reopen for Presidents’ Day weekend from February 12 through 16, then be closed again from February 17 through March 13, 2026. That will mean the project’s completion is before most spring break periods.
The other Disney Springs parking options are the Orange Garage, Grapefruit Garage, Watermelon Parking Lot, and Strawberry Parking Lot.
