Team Members set up a game of un-themed cornhole outside Frankenstein Manor today, October 28, as Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment was unexpectedly closed.
Monsters Unchained Closed
Coaster101 shared a photo on X of guests playing cornhole outside the Epic Universe attraction, which is the flagship ride of the Universal Monsters-themed world, Dark Universe. Coaster101 said in their post at 11:23 a.m. that Monsters Unchained would be closed all day. The Universal Orlando Resort app and social media posts confirm the ride has not opened.
Epic Universe has been plagued by capacity issues, leading to long waits for big rides like Monsters Unchained and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter’s Battle at the Ministry. This is only compounded by unexpected closures. There’s also already construction underway in the brand-new park.
