Following a closure of just over four months, the restrooms located in Port of Entry at Islands of Adventure have finally reopened to guests.
Port of Entry Restrooms

The restrooms located in Port of Entry, just past the entrance to Islands of Adventure at Universal Orlando Resort, first closed for refurbishment in May of this year. The entire Waterworks building was closed off and wrapped in construction walls, so the nature of the renovation was not visible.
As of September 10, 2025, the restrooms are once again open and fully operational. All of the construction walls have been removed from the exterior of the building.

The exterior of the building appears largely unchanged, though perhaps a bit cleaner than prior to the refurbishment. The floor tiles closer to the restroom entrance appear to be updated.

Inside the building, the floors feature beige tile with flecks of neutral colors and white square tile borders. The walls are made of gray stone, and there is a mosaic tile accent behind one of the paper towel dispensers and trash cans. Sphere-shaped chandeliers and modern-looking wall sconces provide lighting for the space.
The countertops are white marble with two sinks in each section. There is a step stool underneath one of the countertops for easy sink access. There are soap dispensers attached to the walls, as well as a hand dryer.

Wood partitions separate the urinals in the men’s restroom, and they match the wood doors for the stalls.

There is a changing station, as well as more hand dryers, towel dispensers, and trash cans. A wall mirror is placed near the door.
New Family Restroom

One other major change to the restrooms is the addition of a new family restroom to the side of the entrance. This restroom was still blocked with a chain and a metal barrier, so it may need additional time before opening. There was not previously a family restroom available in this location.
This addition has a brown wood door and a nearby white sign with a similar design to the larger signs above the main entrance.
