The refurbishment of the Adventureland sign at Magic Kingdom is complete with all props back on the land’s bridge.
Adventureland Sign

The sign was removed and much of its structure dismantled in early August 2025. Last week, the structure was reassembled and a brand new fabric banner was installed. Over the following days, more props have returned to the bridge.

The new fabric banner has hand-stitched lettering. It’s supported by faux bamboo on faux wood posts. The only other significant differences to the sign are the rope elements being darker than before and the straw around the animal skull being straighter.

Returned as of Thursday, September 18 are the lanterns on the ends of the entrance structure. The lanterns appear to be the same as before and match other lanterns hanging on the bridge. They have black metal frames and frosted glass.

When the sign was removed, the golden Abu Fab 50 statue was moved to this post closer to the Club 33 entrance at the end of the bridge. He remains there and it might be his new permanent home.
Guests can interact with Abu and other Fab 50 character statues using their MagicBand+ to complete the Disney Fab 50 Quest.
