A new image of the Tomorrowland skyline has been installed below the new clock on Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. in Magic Kingdom.
The small mural decoration is directly below the clock and has the same blue and gold color scheme.
This replaces the electrical tower mural that was removed last December.
It features the silhouettes of Astro Orbiter, the defunct Star Jets rocket, the new Tomorrowland entrance archway, and — of course — Space Mountain. Also featured within the mural are the original Tomorrowland entrance towers that lasted from 1971 until the overhaul of Tomorrowland in the 1990s.
The marquee below the mural is covered in a white tarp. It’s possible the store will have a new name, but one hasn’t been revealed yet.
Last month, we got our first look at the new TRON Lightcycle / Run-inspired theming inside Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. at Magic Kingdom as it is transformed ahead of the new ride’s grand opening in April 2023.
