I do not agree with Governor DeSantis. The Disney Parks have consistently been a fantastic destination for my family and I.
I also fully support Disney’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

In reply to michael cassidy. Disney brought these problems on themselves by having the audacity to try and tell the State of Florida how to run the state. Hopefully Disney has learned to stay in it’s lane and keep their California woke opinions to themselves.

This is awful. A politically-appointed board, with no theme park experience, working 24/7 to interfere with future projects and development on Disney’s owned property all because a Governor wants revenge for a corporation using their right to free speech. Insane. No way this is legal. As park fans we should be sounding the alarms. This is wrong. Why isn’t Disney taking this to court?

The company may have lost a few really good cast members by a mistake made in May. Some loyal cast members had been working for silver passes for the next generation of their family and soon to be Disney fans to continue to visit in the parks in the future. These loyal hard-working cast had been earning the silver for 15plus years as part of their promised benefits. This should never be taken from any cast members ever especially when these passes were already earned. This is a breach of promises and has even affected relationships with their family members. Innocent hard working cast members were separated from their sole income for the wrong reasons. This needs to be stopped and those who lost the jobs last May should be compensated with the passes returned, the jobs returned, or a severance. Some of the cast members were their teams very best. Leadership should fix these huge mistakes that were made in these separations.
