The original beignets were the best ever , prior to being replaced by the current “doughnut-type” offered at the resort. At Scat cats you can still enjoy this better version of beignet- and not the Mickey shaped donut offered at the food court!!

We always make the trip to port orleans for beignets each trip. They are a great treat and well worth the trip. This new one looks delicious. Not a big alcohol fan so most likely would skip that but rest of it looks delicious. Not sure if this will be available when we come down in July but I definitely would recommend making the trip to port orleans for beignets. If carriage rides are back at port orleans would reccomend that too. We did that pre covid along with beignets and it was a great night out. Kids loved seeing some of the resort and Christmas lights from a horse drawn carriage. A great date night as well if you dont have kids.
